  • Ethan Donovan is a driven and ambitious undergraduate student pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Management with a minor in Management Information Systems at Curry College. He is known for his exceptional skills in both academics and athletics. Ethan's passion for business led him to major in Business Management, where he focuses on strategic planning, organizational behavior, and project management. Additionally, his minor in MIS has equipped him with valuable knowledge in database management, data analysis, and information technology. On the field, Ethan is an accomplished lacrosse player, demonstrating determination, teamwork, and perseverance. With a well-rounded background in business and MIS, Ethan is poised to make a significant impact in the business world. He possesses strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and his ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams makes him a valuable asset in any organization. Bella Tronco

With a passion for understanding the intricate workings of financial markets and a flair for effective communication, she aims to bridge the gap between these two disciplines. Bella's relentless drive and natural leadership qualities have earned her academic recognition and President’s List at her university. As she navigates her undergraduate journey, Bella remains committed to honing her analytical and interpersonal skills, setting her sights on a future career where she can make a lasting impact in the world of finance and beyond. Olivia Tronco
  • Olivia Tronco is an inspiring 18-year-old psychology major at Syracuse University, fueled by her genuine passion for understanding the human mind. With a natural empathy and an innate curiosity about the complexities of human behavior, Olivia seeks to make a positive difference in the lives of others through her studies. Known for her compassionate nature and strong work ethic, she dedicates herself to expanding her knowledge of psychology theories and methodologies. Olivia actively engages in research projects and internships, immersing herself in hands-on experiences to deepen her understanding of the field. Driven by a desire to contribute to mental health advocacy and help individuals thrive, Olivia is determined to create meaningful change with spirit water.

Julia Tronco
  • Julia Tronco is a dynamic and accomplished 22-year-old who recently graduated from Marist College, earning a degree in International Business and Fashion Merchandising. Throughout her academic journey, Julia displayed a remarkable ability to blend her passion for business and fashion, recognizing the potential for innovative collaborations in the global market. With a keen eye for trends and a strategic mindset, she developed a strong foundation in both fields, constantly seeking opportunities to expand her knowledge through internships and industry experiences. Julia's drive for excellence and her ability to adapt to diverse cultural contexts have positioned her as a promising professional in the world of international business and fashion. Eager to embrace new challenges, she is excited to enter into the beverage industry supporting Spirit Water in their creative field, and using her past internship experiences to work with distributors and help Spirit Water become global.

Gina Tronco
  • Gina was born and raised in Albany, NY. She considers her faith and her family to be the most important things to her. After receiving a cancer diagnosis at the age of forty-two, she found herself even more immersed in her faith and being of service to others who have also been diagnosed. Her inspirational message and love for people can be found throughout every community that knows her. She has participated in various charity events and is always ready and willing to help someone going through health or marital circumstances. Gina has truly made her mess her message.

    At a very young age, Gina cultivated a love for music and helping her friends and family. If she wasn't working in the family business, you could find her playing classical piano or volunteering her musical talents for her high school's chorus and theatrical performances. Gina's passion for music led her to pursue her Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees from The College of St. Rose, and she later became a music teacher. She enjoyed being a cheerleader throughout high school and college where she met some of her lifelong friends. Gina married her husband Alex in 1999 and decided to stay home and be a mom to their three children, Julia, Bella, and Olivia, starting in 2001, with that role being her proudest achievement and divine purpose in life.

Alessandro Tronco
  • Alessandro Tronco, a living embodiment of the American Dream, immigrated to the United States from Sicily at a young age, armed with nothing but his family's aspirations. Despite returning to Sicily for a brief period, he courageously came back to America alone at fifteen, with only five dollars in his pocket. Undeterred by his lack of experience and resources, Alessandro pursued his ambitions, attending Siena College and excelling as a Financial Advisor for Northwestern Mutual. His meteoric rise led him to become one of the youngest Managing Partners in the company's long history. Alongside his professional success, Alessandro is a compassionate philanthropist, guided by unwavering faith and a passion for justice. His passion for life and dedication to bettering the world sets him apart, inspiring those around him. When not helping others, he enjoys reading uplifting books and cherishing moments with his family. Alessandro's remarkable journey is a testament to the possibility of achieving the American Dream through hard work and perseverance. He now lives a fulfilling life with his wife Gina and their three daughters—Julia, Isabella, and Olivia.
