Spirit Water started as a family passion, a shared love for the planet
and a deep commitment to doing better. We’re a small, family-run company
that believes even something as simple as drinking water can have a big
impact. When we couldn’t find a bottled water brand that aligned with
our values, we decided to create one. That’s how Spirit Water was born with the hope of offering something cleaner, more thoughtful, and better for the earth.
Spirit Water was founded on a shared vision to create a brand that brings together pure
hydration, sustainability, and a deeper connection to nature. Led by Founder and CEO
Alessandro Tronco, the team set out to rethink the way we consume bottled water by
focusing on quality, thoughtful design, and more environmentally responsible packaging.
Inspired by the outdoors and a belief that simple choices can make a meaningful impact, we
built Spirit Water to be more than just water it’s a reflection of a more mindful way to live.
Julia is a Co-Founder of Spirit Water and leads the brand’s creative direction. She focuses
on shaping the visual identity of Spirit Water through custom label design, sales materials,
and social media storytelling. Julia is passionate about building a brand that reflects both
sustainability and a connection to the outdoors, helping bring the Spirit Water mission to life
in a thoughtful and engaging way.
Dan is the engine behind Spirit Water’s day-to-day operations. As Director of Operations,
he manages the logistics, production, and behind-the-scenes details that keep everything
running smoothly. With a strong problem-solving mindset and steady leadership, Dan helps
ensure Spirit Water continues to grow while staying true to its mission. Passionate about
sustainability and the outdoors, he’s proud to be part of a brand that values protecting the
places we all love to explore.
Kyle leads Spirit Water’s strategic vision and long-term growth. As Chief Strategy Officer, he focuses on
identifying new opportunities, guiding key initiatives, and shaping the brand’s direction as it expands. With a
forward-thinking mindset and strong entrepreneurial drive, he is passionate about building a company that
combines quality and sustainability, minimizes ecological impact, and ensures the water carries the imprint of its
integrity from source to consumer.
Cristian is deeply rooted in building genuine connections and helping Spirit Water reach
more people in a meaningful way. As an Account Executive, he focuses on building real
relationships and getting Spirit Water into places that align with what the brand stands for. He
feels most connected when he’s outside, and values being part of something that encourages
a more thoughtful, intentional way of living.
Ethan helps grow the Spirit Water community by building relationships with partners and
bringing the brand to new shelves. As an Account Executive, he works closely with retailers
and customers to expand Spirit Water’s reach while sharing the mission behind the brand.
With a passion for connecting with people and a love for the outdoors, Ethan is proud to
represent a product that reflects a more sustainable way to hydrate.
